A relationship.
A decision.
Your work.
Your family.
Or simply the question of what comes next.
Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong.
You're just tired of spending so much energy trying to figure things out, manage how you feel, or keep life arranged in a way that allows you to be okay.
We won't begin by asking, How do we fix this?
We'll begin somewhere deeper.
Our conversations aren't about giving you more strategies or telling you what to do. They're an opportunity to slow down, listen more deeply, and begin seeing something new about yourself and how you experience your life.
Sometimes a fresh understanding changes far more than another solution ever could.
Everything begins with a conversation.
A Complimentary Conversation
Online or in person in Bend
You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk.
Come as you are. Tell me what's been on your mind, what you've been wondering about, or simply what brought you here.
I'll listen.
We'll explore together, and you'll have a chance to experience what it's like to work with me—no pressure, no fixing, and no expectation that you need to arrive with a goal or a plan.
Just a genuine conversation and a little space to see what emerges.
If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we can talk about what continuing together might look like.

This is where our deeper work begins.
This isn't therapy or a workshop with techniques to practice. It's 2.5 days of slowing down enough to see something you may have been too busy to notice.
We'll spend time in conversation, exploring what's alive for you — the places where life feels heavy or stuck — not to fix them, but to see them differently. I'll share what I see about how experience is created from the inside out, and we'll sit with whatever insights arise.
What tends to happen is a shift in perspective that doesn't require effort. A feeling of lightness. A sense that there's more possibility available than you thought.
If that resonates, I'd love to talk.
The Intensive begins with a complimentary conversation.
After the Intensive, you can continue working with me through a series of private conversations.
This is where what you’ve begun to see gets to meet real life. The person who still gets under your skin. The decision you keep revisiting. The night your mind decides 2 a.m. would be an excellent time to solve your entire future. The circumstances you wish were different.
And the days when absolutely nothing is wrong and you simply want to enjoy being alive.
Bring all of it.
We’ll keep looking together, not so you can become better at managing your thoughts or maintaining the “right” state of mind, but so you can understand your experience differently.
Over time, you may notice something quietly shifting.. Less time trying to manage yourself. Less fear of what happens when your thinking gets noisy. More trust in your own clarity when it returns. More freedom to make a change when you want to and leave something alone when you don’t.
More room for pleasure, curiosity, laughter, spontaneity and living your life with more ease, and more joy.
You don’t have to feel peaceful every minute to know that peace of mind is still yours.
Private coaching begins with the Intensive. Start with a complimentary conversation.
An evidence-based exploration of our innate capacity for well-being
Insight to Well-Being is a curriculum and experiential conversation that introduces a simple yet profound understanding of how we create our experience of life.
At the heart of our time together is a question:
Where does our experience of life actually come from?
Most of us have learned to believe that how we feel is determined primarily by what happens around us. When circumstances are good, we feel good. When they're difficult, we struggle. So naturally, we can spend a great deal of our lives trying to manage circumstances, other people—and even ourselves—in hopes of feeling okay.
What if there's another way of understanding how we're designed?
Together, we explore the innate wisdom, resilience, and well-being already within each of us and what becomes possible when we begin to understand how our minds actually work.
Rather than giving you more techniques to practice or another version of yourself to become, Insight to Well-Being creates space for your own insights to emerge. Participants often discover a lighter relationship with worry, uncertainty, relationships, and decision-making, and greater access to the peace of mind and clarity that were there all along.
This experience can be offered as a women's circle, small-group series, or workshop and tailored to the needs of your group or organization.
I offer talks and workshops for organizations, communities, and groups who are curious about a different understanding of human well-being.
Rather than offering another set of techniques for managing stress, controlling thoughts, or creating the "right" mindset, I invite people into a deeper conversation about how our experience of life is actually created, and the innate wisdom and resilience already within us.
At the heart of my work is a beautifully simple possibility:
What if well-being isn't something we have to achieve or create? What if it's already built in?
Through stories, conversation, humor, and shared insight, I create space for people to discover something for themselves—often leading to greater ease, clarity, resilience, and a lighter way of experiencing life.
Each talk or workshop can be thoughtfully tailored to your audience, organization, and setting
